I am a psychotherapist supporting clients who feel caught between insight and change: people who understand themselves well, yet still experience anxiety, emotional shutdown, relational repetition, or persistent internal pressure. My work is especially attuned to high-functioning adults who learned early to adapt, stay strong, or prioritize others while their own needs were set aside. These protective strategies often made sense at the time, but later can lead to disconnection, exhaustion, or feeling stuck. My therapeutic approach is grounded, collaborative, and paced with care. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal-informed work, and compassion-based practices to help clients understand the protective logic behind their patterns while gently creating the internal conditions for sustainable change. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I support a process that is both emotionally deep and practically meaningful. I see therapy as a space for reconnection rather than correction. My role is to help you build a more trusting relationship with the parts of yourself that have been working hard to protect you, often for many years. From this foundation, change tends to emerge with more stability, less force, and greater alignment with who you are becoming.
