Individual therapy
Each 50-minute session creates a private space to explore your internal system. Internal Family Systems therapy helps you understand the parts of yourself that carry pain or protect you from it. Compassion-Focused Therapy develops the capacity to meet those parts with kindness rather than criticism.
Research shows that both approaches are effective for trauma, shame, self-criticism, and complex relational patterns. They are particularly effective in combination.


Free intake
Many therapists on Mind Renew offer a free intake session. It is a 20 to 30-minute conversation to meet each other, understand what brings you here, and consider whether this is the right fit.
